1. Actuator stem non - output:
A check whether manual can be operated. The hand automatic clutch card dies in the manual position, the motor will only idle. 
B check whether the motor is rotated or not. 
C, manual and electric can not operate, can be considered is the valve card dead. 
D disengage the valve connection part, if the valve is not stuck, check whether the sleeve has been stuck, slipped or loose. 

2. The valve stem and valve body are not allowed to stay in the set travel position when fully opened / closed. The " off / open valve limit LC / lo" parameter has been lost and should be reset. Or change the parameter " torque opening / closing" to " limit opening / closing ". 

3. The display valve position is not consistent with the actual valve position. After resetting the limit, the action several times, and then drift, the counter plate should be replaced. 

4. The electric device works, but without the indication of the valve position, check the counter, possibly the round steel is broken or the counter plate is broken. If the terminal 22 / 23 does not have 4 - 20ma current signal output, you may consider replacing the ( wait for chance + ) bit return plate. 

5. The upper and lower swing cannot be positioned in the far control state, and the " dead zone adjustment parameter FD" can be increased. However, if the parameter is increased to more than 20, the change of the position ( + return ) plate can be replaced. If the fault is still after replacement, it is recommended that the motor be replaced with a low speed motor or the threaded pitch of the shaft sleeve and the stem.

6. Remote control / in - place shall not be operated, or the motor shall be rotated in one direction, and shall not be limited. Check that the hand automatic clutch is not stuck and the motor is not burned: can check whether the motor power supply connection is correct or the three-phase power supply is unbalanced. 

7. Remote control / in - place do not act, quantity motor winding, overheat protection, electromagnetic feedback open circuit, motor has been burnt. 

8. Remote control / in - place shall not operate, check with the setting device, the failure display: " h1 moment switch will break "; " h6 has no electromagnetic feedback. ". The test ( solid state ) relay has no output. Replace the relay control panel or the power strip assembly. 

9. Three - phase power supply trip: the relay control panel has problems or the motor coil has been burnt. 

10. Due to high power supply voltage ( more than 400 v ), fuse, replace the actuator fuse and fuse. Check, power supply power board silicon rectifying block is normal, the primary resistance of power transformer is too low, can replace the power board assembly or power transformer. 

11. The backlight lamp is not bright, and the three-phase power supply is normal, may be the actuator fuse has blown or the motherboard power cable loose is not inserted properly. 

12. When without load, all normal, with load, the open valve is normal, about 40 % stop turning, the " close torque value" has been set to 99, with the handwheel can be closed. When installed, it can be put in place, it can not be used for a period of time, it is recommended to switch to a larger one. 

13. Manual normal, electric can not be switched. The hand automatic clutch circlip dies in the manual direction. Remove the handwheel, release the circlip and re - fit. 

14. The actuator remote control / in - place does not operate, the opening / closing position indicator is flashing, and the battery voltage is low. The actuator has lost the set parameters when the main power is off. Replace the battery, reset it. 

15.The electric device action is normal, but there is no valve position feedback. The 22 / 23 circuit is only about 1 - 3 ma. Reset, it doesn't work. Replace the wait for chance + bit return plate; Disconnect the feedback loop, the feedback signal is normal, belong to the external cable fault, and replace the cable. 

16. During the operation of the actuator, the torque protection is broken, and the value of closing / opening torque is increased, the fault is still: check whether the lubricating oil has been dried and whether the valve is stuck or not. 

17. The valve is not dead and the travel limit is reset. After reset, the fault is still, the valve is broken. 

18. The actuator set and action is normal, that is, cannot exceed a certain stroke position. Valve jam or reduction box mechanical limit setting counter. Manual check can be manually checked and reset. 

19. In the course of action, the motor vibrates, stops and slows down. The hand automatic clutch has no fault, and the ( solid state ) relay should be replaced for inspection. 

20. When the electric device hand / automatic, the valve position does not change and the feedback is not changed. The limit open / off / LC parameter cannot be set. The motherboard has been broken and the motherboard has been replaced. 

21. The power board of the electric power device has been damaged, and the new power board is replaced. after powering on, the silicon rectifying block on the new power supply board is found to be very hot. Found that the motherboard has individual components burned and replaced the motherboard. 

22. The electric device is far from control / in - place. Do not accept the set signal, when manual, can display the valve position. Replace the motherboard, relay control panel; It may be that the switch is broken, the magnetic steel in the switch is broken or lost. 

23. The electric device is far away from the normal control, and the " actuator alarm" is used in the field control. Replace the local control panel. 

24. The electric device is far away from the action and can be operated on the spot. But the display valve does not change. The line plug is loose, after re - inserted, other conditions are normal, or can not be far. Replace the ( + bit return ) plate. 

25. The local operation is normal, and the remote control cannot be closed. When the direction is far away, no matter the signal size, the actuator is always on the open. Resetting limit, not working, should be replaced with the ( + bit return ) plate. 

26. IQ mk2 new product, the screen displays " valve alarm" symbol, manual alarm symbol can be eliminated. In situ positive / reverse, relay immediately action trip. Disassemble the motor and replace the torque sensor. 

27. The backlight does not light or displays a cluttered symbol or the three status LEDs are lit and the motherboard is replaced. Run the indicator light and open / off position indicator light, and the second indicator light at the same time, the limit is set in contradiction with the direction of the valve rotation, reset. 

28. Some alarm contacts cannot be switched, and the remote control / local status cannot be detected. Replace the motherboard or input / output processing board.
