The new generation of variable frequency intelligent electric actuator mainly has the characteristics of intelligent and frequency conversion. Intelligent can adapt to the requirements of industrial automation, has a rich man-machine interface; Frequency conversion is the application of advanced motor control technology to improve the overall performance of the device. The variable frequency intelligent electric actuator is a complete set of electromechanical integration equipment, and the system includes two parts of the electrical and mechanical parts, as shown in figure 1:

The main body composition includes the following parts:
( 1 ) the control unit is the control center of the electric actuator, which comprehensively handles various input control instructions and various feedback information to guide the operation of the whole device. The control unit directly reflects the intelligence of the device;
( 2 ) the driving unit mainly receives the command parameters from the control unit and converts the relevant commands into accurate and stable motor actions;
( 3 ) the execution unit is the mechanical part of the electric actuator, which completes the final gesture of the device through the reducer box and the transmission mechanism;
( 4 ) the detection unit gives feedback to the superior control circuit in the state of the electric actuator itself, the pipeline and the environment information to provide a reference for the state display and the next action of the device.
The control unit and the driving unit are introduced. The control unit uses TMS320LF2407 as the core processor to build a complete and powerful man-machine interface. On the basis of fully analyzing the drag characteristics of electric actuator, the drive unit uses the dspic core processor with high speed operation to construct the vector control motor control module. The whole system adopts novel double CPU full digital technology to realize the design requirements of variable frequency intelligent electric actuator.
Control unit design scheme
The control unit is responsible for managing the operation of the entire electric actuator, receiving external control instructions and combining the device feedback information, and processing by the central processor TMS320LF2407. Issue driving instructions and provide the device status to the human - machine operating platform. The controller takes TMS320LF2407 as the core, and the appropriate peripheral circuit is mainly used to realize the signal receiving and receiving, window display and the function of connecting with the additional control module. The control unit structure diagram is shown in figure 2 below.
